Project Description

Vanke•Jade Heyue is located in Chengdu, Tianfu District, Jinjiang ecological zone. Together with Science City, Tianfu Business District, this area is one of the key blocks in Tianfu New District. The surrounding environment of the site is very good, having easy access to commercial facilities. However, since the site is located in a newly developed area, transportation, education and health facilities are still under construction.

Since the site is small, the elevating platform has taken up to 1/3 of the total landscape, how to make this space artistic has become the challenge for the designers.
